Scalabrini Propaedeutic Seminary
The presence of the Missionaries of Saint Charles (Scalabrinians) in Indonesia started on the 29th of June 2002 in Ruteng NTT Flores, opening a house of formation for young candidate to discern their vocation to become a Scalabrinian Missionary.
Now, in Ruteng, a year of vocational discernment under the guidance of Fr. Rofinus Sumanto, CS, as Rector, Fr. Miguel De Araujo Bestias, CS, as Vocation Promoter.
Maumere
Scalabrini Philosophy Seminary
The philosophy program began in Maumere in 2004, after an initial attempt to do it in Jakarta. There are around 60 seminarians in the four years of philosophy program.
