Conference: 63 yrs Anniversary of Stella Maris

The Scalabrini Migration Center and the Stella Maris Centers in the Philippines would like to host an online conference "Stella Maris in the Philippines: @63 and Setting Sail for the Future", on 10 August 2021, 3:00-5:00 PM. Facilitated by Marla Asis and Fr. Paulo Prigol, CS with guest speaker Bishop Ruperto Cruz Santos, D.D.

The conference launch will introduce the outputs of the project: (1) the book, Stella Maris in the Philippines: Caring for Seafarers, Fishers and their Families; and (2) the video, “Stella Maris in the Philippines: Compassion Across Horizons.” Both outputs are based on the research that we conducted in the past year.
