The formation program in Vietnam began informally in 2005. Eventually, it led to the construction of the new seminary for Propaedeutic and Philosophy. The Rector is Fr. Nguyen Quang Huynh, CS, assisted by Fr. Tran Dinh Thong, CS who is a bursar and the Vocation Promoter; and Fr. Nguyen Van Dinh, CS who is the spiritual director. Fr. Khiem Nguyen Tien, CS works in the Episcopal Commission for Migrants and Itinerant People (ECMI-VIE).
